Hebei Ningjin Songgong Semiconductor Co., Ltd is a Sino-Japan joint-venture company. The both sides of cooperation are Ningjin Electric Power Bureau and M.SETEK CO., Ltd. The company is a higher and new technology company with its leading product-- Solar Grade Monocrystalline Silicon cudgles. The whole products are exported, and now the company is the world’s biggest production basis of Solar Grade Monocrystalline Silicon. The output of Monocrystal line Silicon occupies about 70% in China and about 20% in the world. In 2004, the company was ranked in Hebei Key-Construction Projects. General Manager Baofang Jin was honoured Hebei Model Worker, National Model Worker and so on. In 2003 General Manager Jin was elected the 10th National People’s Congress deputy.
